Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout.


Domestic Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing an order.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at

We will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.


Lost or Missing Packages

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at
